Plans & pricing

“How much will it cost me?” depends on what your business does, so BizOS is priced in parts. Start on the free platform, add the Billing base when you outgrow the free limits, then only the modules your business uses — WhatsApp, CRM, jobs, stock, sales orders, Tally, API, rentals, branches — plus a seat for each person. Three bundles package the common combinations. Nothing you already have is ever locked away: if something lapses, only new work in it stops.

The free platform

Free is a real way to run a small shop, not a demo. It includes customers, follow-ups, the dashboard, your team settings, the cash drawer, single-location inventory, expenses, reports, and invoices, quotations, payments and receipts — within these limits:

Free PDFs carry a small "Made with BizOS" line at the foot; your own logo is always shown. Sharing a document through your own WhatsApp is always free.

Billing — the base (₹2,999 a year)

Billing is where most businesses start paying, and every other module builds on it. It adds:

• Unlimited customers and invoices.
• Payment links and automatic payment reminders.
• No BizOS footer on your documents.
• CSV export and GSTR-1 export for your accountant.
• Custom automations.
• The AI assistant, Ask BizOS, with ₹50 of AI credits a month.
• Delivery notes and challans with customer acceptance.
• One more office user (you and your accountant) and 100 more shared-number messages each month.

Modules

Prices are per year (the 3-year price in brackets), before GST. Every module needs Billing.

Two more modules are in no bundle:

Once you have Billing, a module you haven’t tried can be switched on free for 14 days from Plan & billing (once per module).

Seats

Every active team member uses a seat.

Field technicians use a field seat first, then an office seat if the field seats are full. Deactivating someone frees their seat. If your plan ends up with fewer seats than active members, the extra members are paused until you add a seat; the owner is never paused. See Team & roles.

Bundles

API & Webhooks can be added to any bundle. Equipment Rentals and Branches are in no bundle and are added separately. A bundle bought mid-term credits the modules it includes that you have already paid for.

The wallet

A prepaid BizOS wallet (top-ups of ₹500–₹50,000, plus GST) pays for exactly two things, and only beyond your monthly allowance:

• WhatsApp messages on the shared BizOS number past the month’s included messages, at Meta’s rate plus 20%.
• AI usage past the month’s AI credits. What you ask Ask BizOS can always use the wallet; automatic AI work (the daily Brief, WhatsApp reply drafts, scheduled asks) uses it only if you switch on Let automatic AI use the wallet — otherwise it pauses until next month.

Buying, renewing and the dates

• Pay for 1 year or 3 years through Razorpay (UPI, card or net banking). Checkout shows the GST split before you pay, and every payment comes with a BizOS tax invoice under Plan & billing → Orders & invoices.
• Everything renews together. Something added mid-term is charged only for the time left until your current renewal date.
• Moving up to a bigger bundle mid-term credits what’s left of the one you’re on.
• Renew from Plan & billing — the renewal starts when your current term ends, and you can drop a module or seats at renewal. After a term ends there are 7 days’ grace, and a business whose plan has ended can renew the same set-up in one step for up to 90 days afterwards.
• Promo codes are entered at checkout; the discount is shown before you pay.
• Only the Owner or an Admin buys. The Accountant can read BizOS’s own invoices in Plan & billing.

The trial

Thirty days from sign-up, with the modules unlocked (Branches excepted), up to 1,000 shared-number WhatsApp messages and ₹100 of AI credits a month. No card is needed to start it and there is nothing to cancel. Buying during the trial costs nothing extra: a paid year starts when the trial ends. When the trial ends the business settles onto what it has bought. That’s a downgrade, not a lockout: every customer, invoice, job and message stays. If your team is bigger than the seats you have bought, add seats before the trial ends so nobody is paused.

What happens when you hit a limit

Nothing silently fails. Adding the 101st customer on Free, adding someone without a free seat, or starting new work in a module you don’t have shows a clear message naming what you reached and what lifts it. The owner or an admin can add it from there; anyone else can notify the owner in one tap.

Only new work is blocked. You can always open, edit and finish what you already have — bill a job that’s done, log a call on a lead, record a payment.
