BizOS: run your business
BizOS is one app that runs an Indian local business: operations, accounting and marketing. It is built for shops, distributors, electricians, plumbers, AC and RO service firms, salons, repair centres and small contractors, works on a phone first, and does its talking on WhatsApp. Every morning it answers three questions: what’s happening, what’s pending, and who needs follow-up.
The problem BizOS removes
Most Indian local businesses already have a system: a notebook, a WhatsApp chat list, a spreadsheet of pending payments, Tally on the office PC, and the owner’s memory. It works until it doesn’t. An enquiry goes cold because nobody followed up, a job is finished but never billed, a bill is 60 days old and nobody noticed, an AMC lapses without a renewal call, and the same bill is typed into Tally a second time at night.
BizOS puts all of that in one place. Everything hangs off a customer, every document knows its own state, and automations chase on your behalf, so following up stops depending on remembering.
What BizOS covers
Operations
Accounting
GST invoices, payments, receipts and advances, credit notes, expenses, GSTR-1 export, branches and GSTINs and Tally sync.

WhatsApp messages and templates, a shared chat inbox, campaigns, customer journeys and leads from IndiaMART, Justdial and Facebook.
Help on top
Ask BizOS for questions and actions in plain words, a daily Brief, push notifications, and an API for your own tools.
Runs the business; the books stay in Tally
BizOS is not accounting software. It runs the business and keeps Tally up to date, so the books (purchases with a supplier ledger, P&L, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, TDS, payroll) stay in Tally or with your CA. BizOS does not file GST returns or generate e-invoice IRNs or e-way bills. See Where BizOS fits.
Who it’s for
If your day is made of customers to chase, quotes to send, orders and jobs to finish and money to collect, BizOS is built for you.
One thumb, on the move
Billing, quotes, payments, jobs, leads and stock work on a phone. The browser adds depth for settings, bulk work and reports.
WhatsApp first
Quotes, bills, receipts, challans and reminders go out on WhatsApp, and customer replies land in one shared inbox.
Built for India
Rupees, IST, +91 numbers, GST with HSN/SAC, UPI collection, numbering per financial year: the defaults are already right.
Staff with the right access
Six fixed roles. A field technician sees only the jobs given to them; an accountant sees money but cannot change bills.
Trade-by-trade setups are on BizOS by business type.
How the app is organised
The menu has five areas plus Settings. Each item only appears if your role can see it and your plan includes it.
| Area | What lives there |
|---|---|
| Today | The dashboard: what needs you now |
| Sell | Quotes, orders, invoices, customers, payments, contracts |
| Work | Jobs, deliveries, rentals, items & stock, transfers, line-item templates |
| Money | Expenses, cash drawer, accounting (exports, GSTR-1, Tally sync), reports |
| Grow | Leads, follow-ups, chats, campaigns, automations |
| Settings | Grouped as You, Business, Selling, Customer messages, Work setup, and Connections & AI. See Settings |

Common questions
- What is BizOS in one sentence?
- BizOS is a mobile-first, WhatsApp-first app that runs an Indian local business in one place: daily operations such as leads, quotes, jobs, invoices, payment chasing and stock, GST billing such as invoices, receipts and GSTR-1, and marketing on WhatsApp. It is a better Tally alternative for running the business, and keeps Tally up to date for the books.
- Is BizOS accounting software?
- BizOS is not accounting software; it runs the whole business. GST invoices, receipts, advances, credit notes and the GSTR-1 file are part of running the business, so BizOS makes them. The books themselves (purchase bills with a supplier ledger, journals, bank reconciliation, P&L, balance sheet, TDS, payroll) stay in Tally or with your CA, and BizOS keeps Tally up to date with every bill, receipt and credit note. BizOS does not file returns.
- Does BizOS have a mobile app?
- Yes, for Android and iPhone. Office staff bill, quote, record payments and expenses, run jobs, leads and follow-ups, check stock and, where their role allows, read reports from it; a field technician sees only their own jobs and deliveries. BizOS also runs in any web browser.
- Who is BizOS for?
- Indian local businesses whose day is made of customers, quotes, orders, jobs and payment collection: retail shops, distributors, electricians, plumbers, AC and RO service firms, repair centres, salons, interior and fabrication firms, tailors, equipment rental businesses and small contractors.
- Do my customers need to install anything?
- No. BizOS sends quotes, bills and reminders on WhatsApp as a link that opens in any browser without an account. Customers can accept a quote, confirm a delivery or pay a bill from that page.
- Does BizOS work without internet?
- In the BizOS web app, invoices and quotations can be created offline once the item list has synced, and they upload exactly once when the connection returns. Sending, payments and PDFs need a connection, and the phone app needs one too.
- Is BizOS free?
- BizOS has a free platform for one user with up to 100 customers and 20 invoices a month. The Billing base costs 2,999 rupees a year before 18% GST and removes those limits; modules such as CRM, Jobs and WhatsApp are added as needed, or in a bundle from 7,999 rupees a year. Every new business gets a 30-day trial with everything unlocked.
